Terms of Service

1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years of age or the age of legal majority in Your jurisdiction to create an account.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep Your details updated.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding Your login password and any authentication tokens. You agree not to disclose Your credentials to any unauthorized third party.
• Workspace Collaboration: Organization and Workspace owners are responsible for all actions conducted by invited members (Administrators, Creators, and Viewers) within their respective workspace.

2. Third-Party Social Media Integrations (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Sosialin interacts with third-party social media platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok—via their official developer APIs. By connecting Your accounts:

• You acknowledge that Your use of each social network is also subject to that platform's respective terms and community guidelines (such as the Meta Terms of Service and Community Standards).
• You grant Sosialin permission to access, transmit, and publish content and media files to Your accounts strictly based on Your scheduled tasks and explicit commands.
• Sosialin is not responsible for any rate limiting, account suspension, or content removal imposed by third-party platforms resulting from violations of their community guidelines or publishing spam.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, You shall not use Sosialin to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or abusive content.
• Distribute unsolicited bulk spam, automated phishing links, or malware.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or breach security controls of the Service or its underlying API architecture.
• Exceed or bypass rate limits, quotas, or automated safeguards established by Sosialin or connected third-party APIs.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright to all media, captions, logos, and materials that You upload or schedule through the Service.

Our Platform: All visual interfaces, software code, graphic elements, brand identities, and proprietary systems of Sosialin are the exclusive property of Sosialin and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, in no event shall Sosialin, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social media downtime, unexpected API deprecation by Meta/TikTok, or temporary service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms or suspected malicious behavior. You may terminate Your agreement at any time by deleting Your account or disconnecting Your workspaces.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
